AHPRA-registered, Australian care
Every clinician is registered with AHPRA and practises to current Australian guidelines. No overseas practitioners, no AI-generated plans.
For GPs, allied health professionals, and women who have seen the difference first-hand. Send us your referral, we will take structured care of the rest and keep you in the loop.
The referral process is different for each. Tap the option that fits.
We take on structured, ongoing care that benefits from dedicated clinical time: perimenopause, women's health, weight management, sleep, and more. Your patient gets a proper plan. You get a written summary back.
Refer a patientIf your plan with us is working, share the link with a friend. No codes, no hoops. Just a simple form so we know she is coming. She will get the same structured, clinician-led care you do.

After every consultation and review, we send a structured clinical summary back to the referring clinician: diagnoses, reasoning, plan, medication.
Every patient completes a full assessment, consult, and review cycle. We do not write prescriptions off a form, and never will.
Medications are dispensed only when clinically appropriate through licensed Australian pharmacies. No grey-market, no shortcuts.
No phone tag, no faxed paperwork, no waiting weeks to find out what happened. Here is what the flow looks like from your side.

The patient stays under your overall oversight as their regular clinician. We handle the structured telehealth care within our scope (e.g. perimenopause, weight, sleep). You receive notes, pathology copies, and flagged concerns. We reach out if something needs your attention.
No. There are no referral fees, incentives, or commissions for clinicians or patients. Referrals are a clinical trust relationship, not a sales funnel.
Yes. Include what they are on in the clinical notes and we will coordinate. Our clinician will review for interactions, confirm appropriateness, and either continue, adjust, or discuss alternatives with the patient before any changes are made.
Our clinicians assess each case and will decline to prescribe if telehealth is not the right fit. In that case, we will let the patient know, provide a summary to you, and recommend in-person referral where appropriate. No one gets a script they should not have.
You will get an automatic confirmation email within minutes of submitting the form. Our team follows up within one business day to confirm next steps with both you and your patient.
If you are a patient referring a friend, submit the form below and we will reach out to her directly. She does not need to mention your name. There is no code, reward, or sign-up hoop involved.
