No. Consultations are not recorded. Your clinician takes clinical notes that are stored securely in your private medical record, which you can request a copy of at any time.
Pricing depends on your care plan and is always confirmed before you commit to anything. No hidden fees or surprise charges. Plans typically include the consultation, ongoing clinician reviews, and any prescribed medications.
Our consultations are not bulk-billed. Some visits may attract a Medicare rebate depending on your circumstances. Your clinician will let you know if a claim is available and issue an itemised invoice.
Some private health funds rebate a portion of telehealth consultations and medications dispensed by an Australian pharmacy. We recommend checking with your fund directly. We provide itemised invoices for every claim.
