Yes. All contact form submissions are handled under the Australian Privacy Principles. Only our clinical support team can access your message. We never sell or share your details with third parties.
You can ask any questions about starting care here, but to begin your journey you will need to complete our online assessment first. It is the quickest way to be matched with the right clinician. We will guide you through it if you reach out.
Call us during business hours on the number above. For non-emergency medical advice outside those hours, 13HEALTH (13 43 25 84) is a free 24/7 nurse line. For true emergencies, always call 000.
Phone support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AEST. We do not currently offer live chat. Email and the contact form are the fastest ways to reach us outside phone hours. Existing patients can also message their clinician directly through the patient portal.
Our registered office is in Sydney, NSW. We are a fully telehealth-only service. We do not run in-person clinics, but we support women Australia-wide.
