Get your personalised plan

If deemed medically appropriate, your clinician builds a plan tailored to your body, history, and goals. This may include prescribed medications dispensed by a licensed Australian pharmacy, clinical care, and scheduled reviews. Not all consultations result in a prescription; your clinician may recommend lifestyle changes, further testing, or a referral instead. Medications, where prescribed, are delivered discreetly to your door. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days, though delivery timeframes may vary.

Clinical Standards

How your care is managed.

Treatment decisions are made by AHPRA-registered clinicians using current evidence, your full history, and Australian prescribing guidelines.

Consultation before any prescription

Every treatment plan starts with a proper clinician-led consultation, supported by bloods or testing where clinically relevant.

Prescribing under Australian guidelines

Medications are prescribed only when clinically appropriate, sourced from registered Australian pharmacies, and dispensed in line with current TGA guidance.

Reviewed on a schedule

Every plan has a scheduled review built in. If something needs adjusting, your clinician will adjust it. Ongoing care is included in every plan.

Transparent about suitability

If telehealth is not appropriate for your situation, your clinician will let you know. Prescribing is one possible outcome of a consultation, not a given. Not all patients will receive a prescription.

Telehealth is not always the right fit. If your situation calls for in-person care, we will refer you and coordinate the handover.

Safety and Suitability

Good care means knowing when to say no.

Telehealth works beautifully for many situations, and genuinely is not right for others. We will tell you honestly which applies to you.

Most plans are finalised within 24 to 48 hours of your consultation. If your clinician orders blood work first, your plan is prepared once results come back, usually 5 to 7 days later.

Message your clinician through the portal. They will review what you are experiencing, adjust your dose, or change your plan if needed. You do not need to wait for your scheduled review. That is why ongoing care is built into the process.

Yes. Let us know through the portal and we will transfer your care to another AHPRA-registered clinician on the team. Your full history moves with you. No re-explaining from scratch.

Your portal lets you reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you miss it without rescheduling, we will reach out to check in and book a replacement slot. No penalty.

Our consultations are not bulk-billed, but some private health funds rebate a portion of telehealth fees and medications dispensed by an Australian pharmacy. We recommend checking with your fund directly. We provide itemised invoices for every claim.

Yes. You are in full control. There are no lock-in contracts. Message your clinician or our support team through the portal and we will pause or cancel without any fees.

Yes. Medications are dispatched discreetly to any address in Australia by our partner pharmacy. Estimated delivery is 2 to 3 business days after your plan is approved, though delivery timeframes may vary. Regional and remote addresses may take slightly longer.
